ARCHITECTS

Mark is currently project managing a number of childcare and community projects under government funding programmes. Working with the community sector clients the brief development and procurement is being guided to ensure good design.

Other projects at feasibility stage with social enterprise partners include a gateway site linking the centre with nearby neighbourhoods.

With City Reparo the practice continues to develop and advocate for urban repair around the York Street Interchange, a £130m connection of existing urban motorways being developed by government in North Belfast. A number of master planning and urban stitching projects, including landscape proposals, aim to guide city development. The projects are developing the case for mitigation funding aimed at overcoming the barrier effects and urban damage caused by the road Interchange. The practice is also representing neighbourhood interests on a pro bono basis at the public inquiry.
